Working Meeting
Melissa updated the Club on the upcoming SLSC Multicultural program on the 23rd November 2018.
* Students from Carlton Primary School will participate in the program. it has cluster support with other Clubs now involved.
* Statistics- 50% of Victorians have a parent from an overseas country. Kids swimming at surf beaches is something that some kids haven't grown up with
* Discussion held to extend this program to students from Graduate House
John Elligate - Community Committee update;
* John dropped a cheque off to the Vic Police (Nth Carlton district) to support their program for underprivileged kids
* John attend the Carlton Aus Kick final session for 2018-
* Support will be given again to the swimming program & tennis program for the 2018-9 summer period
* Donation was made to the Carlton Toy Library
* 3 more BBQ's locked in for 2018 at Collingwood Bunnings
* Uni High, St Marys College, MacRob College & Mary Immaculate College have committed to help support the Book Fair in 2019 with students participating in the event
