Donate via Container Deposit Scheme
If you want to direct your Container Deposit Scheme 10c per bottle or can to RIMERN (Rotary Inner Melbourne Emergency Relief Network) in the western zone (managed by Tomlo) , please download the CDSVic West app, set up your own account (& get your own barcode) then hit ‘Charities’ & type in RIMERN. When you find us please set us as your charity then when you return your undamaged empties (any squash or dent will make the Reverse Vending Machines reject them!!) the money will be transferred to us! Thanks in advance. For the Northern Zone (managed by Visy) same deal (download the CDSVic North app & set up your account) but you’ll get a different barcode. Eastern zone still ‘pending’… sigh….

Rotarians worldwide are inspired by the Rotary theme of “Service Above Self” and are guided by reference to ‘The Four-Way Test’. In particular, ‘The Four-Way Test’ challenges Rotarians, in everything they do, to ask of themselves:
“Of the things we think say or do:
- Is it the TRUTH?
- Is it FAIR to all concerned?
- Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
- Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?"
