The projects revolve around health, education and capacity building. Most recently a dental clinic with dental nurses accomodation and attached kitchen/cafe has been completed. The next stage of this project will be a trailer equiped with dental chair and equipment so the dentist can visit those who can't make it to the clinic.
DIK now want to focus on education this year. The government is spending a larger proportion of GDP on education so it is a focus for the region but they still need more support in particular with consumables such as exercise books and computers.
