Beryl Jones
Rhiannon’s mother was a drug addict & her father an alcoholic. She was placed in the care of her grandmother whilst she was a student in secondary school. Clearly a bright girl, she was placed in the accelerated learning program and successfully completed her VCE studies. She is now a student at ACU studying Law/Global Studies.
The Smith Family found her a sponsor who has assisted her financially covering educational book costs. The meriting program of The Smith Family sponsor 34,000 kids throughout Australia with 83% of all monies raised going to direct to those benefiting from their projects. The Smith Family was started in 1922 at the Impact Club in Parramatta and has been a huge influence to assisting people throughout Australia.
