Christmas Breakfast-Guest Speaker Daryl Dellora
The film is based on the debut novel, by the same name, written by Austrslian author Rosalie Ham, first published in 2000. The story is set in a 1950s fictional Australian country town, Dungatar, and explores love, hate and haute couture.
The filming took plavce in the You Yangs, a fim studio and also at Horsham.
Daryl spoke of the difficulties with receiving investors for Austrsaian films - this film has 11 investors and went over budget, Fortunately, the Box Office return has been strong.
