Carlton Rotarians know Roy Hardcastle and Harold Richards as charter members, engineers and business partners and, together with June and Joyce, are lifelong friends. They are recognised, together with a small group of other charter members, as the embodiment of stability, friendship, generosity, compassion and endeavour that symbolises Carlton Rotary’s proud culture.
