GVE 2016
GVE 2016; Thoughts from Jeremy;
Kindly send my deepest thanks to the Heritage cluster for a well organized vocational and cultural visits. As for my experience, i am still amazed at what i have been through this week. I never thought that I would be able to visit Speech Pathology Australia, La Trobe Communication Clinic, Carey Baptist Grammar School, Royal Children's Hospital, Graduate House lectures and many more. It was a life changing experience and I felt that I have gone a long way for my profession. I learned a lot and I am excited to share with my colleagues the things I've learned and try new tech iques to my patients. I am still starstruck whenever I recall that I have met great researchers and experts in speech pathology. Of course, the experience got even better because of you, Keith and Gabrielle. You have been very accommodating and generous with your time. I enjoyed your morning toast, tomato relish, conversations over coffee, and mornings with kookaburras and parrots.
I hope that I get to visit Melbourne again in the future with my wife-to-be and may God continue to bless you more so more young professionals like me would experience the same great and life-changing milestone. Thank you very much! :)
Warm regards,
Jeremy
