President Message

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Carlton (RCC), known as the ‘Friendly Club’. We are strongly aligned with Rotary International’s vision to “Create Hope in The World.” Our projects, briefly outlined on the projects page accessible from the menu above, aim to Inform – Inspire and provide Impact aligned with our Club Vision “Together we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe, in our communities and in ourselves.”

In addition, this year I would like to focus on:

• Continue our “Caring for Carlton” motto
• Membership Drive 
• Book Store 
• Generate Corporate Sponsorship 
• Establish Lygon Farmers Market - in partnership with Carlton Inc. 
• Continue to prioritise Environmental Sustainability and Circular Economy projects.
• Mental health (Resilience) 
• Continue to prioritise to End Polio 
• Leverage from the Regionalisation Pilot Project

It is an honour to serve as President of the RCC for the next 12 months. I look forward to the support of  RCC members and Portfolio Chairs.
