At the members club meeting of 26 March, President Melissa and Club Webmaster, Ross Heddich, presented an overview of the club webpage which is divided in to four sections: (Public, Members, Facebook and Instagram)

- Community Projects
- Community leadership Awards
- Gallery of photos of club activities
- A contact provision for public enquiries
- Weekly Club Bulletin
MEMBERS BY LOG ON
- Budget & Profit & Loss Accounts
- Board Minutes
- Members list
SOCIAL SITES OF Facebook & Instagram
- Public Relations “Showing the public what we do”
- Flows of information between both sites with more Facebook functionality
- Project advertising sometimes using photos from other posts (always crediting source)
- Use of hashtags to segment and attract interest Eg Carlton Community use of post codes, Schools, etc.
Whilst the club website follows a set methodology, members were encouraged to use it more widely
